Louis Vuitton Team Lead position in Denver, Colorado—lead retail operations and drive client engagement at an hourly rate of $28–$33 USD.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-create retail and client development strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster professional growth and excellence
  • Build and cultivate meaningful client relationships to drive brand loyalty within the luxury market
  • Execute floor management activities including client consultations and product recommendations
  • Champion designated product categories and sales initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Proactively identify client needs and market trends to maintain competitive positioning
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the Louis Vuitton brand promise across all client interactions
  • Support operational excellence and store performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury hospitality experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
