Louis Vuitton Team Lead position in Denver, Colorado—lead retail operations and drive client engagement at an hourly rate of $28–$33 USD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create retail and client development strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster professional growth and excellence
- Build and cultivate meaningful client relationships to drive brand loyalty within the luxury market
- Execute floor management activities including client consultations and product recommendations
- Champion designated product categories and sales initiatives to achieve business targets
- Proactively identify client needs and market trends to maintain competitive positioning
- Ensure consistent delivery of the Louis Vuitton brand promise across all client interactions
- Support operational excellence and store performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury hospitality experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales achievement and floor management
- Leadership capability with ability to mentor and develop team members
- Understanding of luxury market positioning and clienteling

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles within a branded environment, with demonstrated success in sales, team management, or leadership responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or luxury retail training programs preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 28 to USD 33 per hour.
