Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create strategic initiatives with the Store Director and Team Managers to enhance client engagement and business performance
- Mentor, coach, and develop client advisors to their highest potential, fostering a culture of excellence
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients by identifying desired products based on individual profiles and market trends
- Lead floor management activities and driving multiple product categories to maintain market position and achieve sales objectives
- Deliver all client interactions in alignment with Louis Vuitton brand promise to strengthen customer loyalty
- Support the execution of client and business development strategies that drive luxury market positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and developing retail teams
- Strong proficiency in driving multiple product categories
- Proven track record of building genuine relationships with both clients and team members
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify market trends and client preferences
