Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend curated product selections tailored to individual client profiles and emerging market trends to maintain competitive positioning and drive business performance
- Lead client and business development initiatives to build sustained relationships and expand the brand's market presence
- Execute floor management and selling strategies in alignment with Louis Vuitton standards and company objectives
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and foster professional growth
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Team Manager to co-create and implement operational and sales strategies
- Champion designated product categories when assigned, becoming a subject-matter expert to elevate team knowledge and client consultation capabilities
- Execute all client interactions in line with the Louis Vuitton brand promise to drive loyalty and reinforce luxury market positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail, luxury goods, or client-facing leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to inspire and mentor teams
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail environment and market trends

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, client-facing leadership, or related fields demonstrating proven success in building client relationships, leading teams, and driving sales performance.
Education
