Louis Vuitton Team Lead position in Bellevue, WA. Lead retail sales team, develop client relationships, and drive luxury brand performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create sales and client development strategies with Store Manager and Team Managers
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback
- Lead floor operations and category management to optimize client engagement and conversion
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Proactively champion achievement of sales targets and business goals
- Identify and recommend products aligned with individual client profiles and market trends
- Ensure consistent delivery of Louis Vuitton brand promise across all client interactions
- Support operations and administrative functions to maintain store excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail, luxury sales, or team leadership experience
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships and drive client loyalty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
