Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales performance within a luxury retail environment
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and data, implementing action plans to maximize product performance and commercial results
- Act as a role model in sales execution, achieving personal targets while coaching and supporting team members to exceed their goals and foster cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure consistent delivery of Louis Vuitton Promise standards and brand guidelines on the sales floor, maintaining exemplary presentation, product knowledge, and client service protocols
- Identify, assess, and address team development needs through targeted coaching, mentoring, and career planning conversations to build a high-performing workforce
- Contribute to talent identification, succession planning, and training initiatives, actively supporting the cultivation of future leaders within the organization
- Serve as the primary liaison between the store and the Corporate Merchandising team, providing qualitative feedback on product performance, market trends, and client insights to inform category strategy
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines; support inventory management, staff scheduling, and logistics to maintain efficient store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management or team leadership experience in a luxury environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members, with a track record of building high-performing, engaged teams
- Strong client relationship management skills with proven ability to drive sales and maximize customer lifetime value
- Proficiency with retail clienteling and CRM tools or willingness to rapidly master such systems
- Deep understanding of luxury retail standards, brand positioning, and premium client service expectations
- Ability to analyze market trends, product performance data, and client feedback to inform strategic recommendations
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector, demonstrating consistent success in team leadership, sales growth, and client experience delivery.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or completion of luxury retail management training program preferred.
