Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Louis Vuitton Promise standards
• Build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and drive commercial growth through client-centric strategies
• Model exemplary sales performance, achieve personal targets, and support team members in maximizing individual and collective sales results
• Coach and develop team members through consistent feedback, identify training needs, and contribute to succession planning initiatives
• Serve as the store's primary liaison to the Corporate Merchandising team, providing insights on product performance, quality concerns, client feedback, and market trends
• Ensure consistent implementation of Louis Vuitton brand standards, policies, and operational procedures across all activities
• Support inventory management and staff planning functions whilst maintaining operational excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership or team lead experience in a luxury environment
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and clienteling practices
• Proven track record of driving commercial results and exceeding sales targets
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with the ability to develop high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of luxury retail operations and brand standards
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in a diverse, multicultural setting

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably within luxury fashion, with demonstrated expertise in team management, sales development, and client relationship building in a high-volume retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or advanced luxury retail training highly valued.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 35 to USD 46 per hour.
