Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals while enabling team members to reach theirs; encourage cross-selling and repeat client engagement
• Develop and expand personal client portfolio while maintaining visible presence on the sales floor
• Coach team members consistently, identify development opportunities, and create personalized action plans
• Partner with Store Manager and/or Team Manager to ensure brand values are demonstrated in all client interactions
• Support talent identification, recruitment, and development efforts; contribute to succession planning initiatives
• Motivate the team to achieve business results within a positive and collaborative work environment
• Serve as point person with Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, client insights, and market trends
• Facilitate team briefings and engagement on product category strategy and action plan implementation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail experience
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and client service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail sales or luxury retail environments, with demonstrated success in team leadership, client management, and sales achievement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 36 to USD 41 per hour.
