Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve commercial targets whilst embodying the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships using advanced clienteling tools and implementing client-centric action plans to maximize product performance and business growth
- Serve as a role model on the sales floor, personally achieving sales goals whilst coaching team members on cross-selling techniques and the Louis Vuitton Promise standards
- Provide consistent coaching, identify individual development needs, create tailored action plans, and contribute actively to talent identification and succession planning
- Act as the store's primary liaison to the Corporate Merchandising team, delivering qualitative feedback on product performance, client insights, quality observations, and emerging market trends
- Ensure rigorous adherence to all brand policies, operational standards, grooming guidelines, and inventory management protocols whilst supporting staff planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail leadership or supervisory experience within a luxury environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams with measurable commercial results
- Proficiency with clienteling software and retail management systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to motivate diverse teams
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on sales excellence and commercial acumen
- Proven commitment to delivering client-centric service and upholding brand integrity in all interactions
