Louis Vuitton Aventura seeks a full-time Team Lead in Aventura, FL — $37–$42/hr plus bonus and benefits. Lead sales, coach the team and champion product categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible sales role model on the floor, meet personal sales targets and support the team in achieving theirs through cross-selling and client retention.
- Develop and expand a personal client portfolio and cultivate long‑term client relationships through exemplary service and follow-up.
- Manage sales floor activity to maximise commercial opportunities while enforcing brand service standards and visual expectations.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members by identifying performance and development needs, proposing personalised action plans, and delivering regular feedback.
- Support Store Manager/Team Manager with recruitment, talent identification and succession planning to ensure staffing continuity and capability growth.
- Motivate the team to deliver business results and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Serve as the in‑store liaison to the Corporate Merchandising team: provide feedback on product performance, quality, client insights and market trends; brief the team and implement merchandising action plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in luxury retail or high‑end client services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a client‑facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail teams, with strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales with demonstrated leadership responsibilities, preferably within the luxury fashion or leather goods sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion, retail management or related field is desirable.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Aventura, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 37 to USD 42 per hour.
