Louis Vuitton Team Lead position in Atlanta – lead luxury retail teams, drive sales, and inspire client experiences at Lenox Square.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and implementing action plans to boost business and maximize product performance
- Act as a role model in sales by achieving personal goals, supporting team sales, fostering cross-selling, and ensuring Louis Vuitton Promise standards are consistently delivered on the sales floor
- Provide consistent coaching and mentoring to identify development and training needs, offer suggestions for individual action plans, and contribute to talent identification and succession planning
- Serve as the store's primary point of reference to the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, and market trends to drive category business
- Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are effectively communicated and implemented, support operations in inventory management, and assist with staff planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or luxury retail experience
- Demonstrated mastery of the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset
- Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to coach and motivate high-performing teams

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail or luxury retail environments, with demonstrated success in team leadership, sales achievement, and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or luxury brand certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 40 to USD 46 per hour.
