Louis Vuitton Team Lead position in Atlanta, Georgia - lead retail sales team, drive client relationships, and mentor staff at iconic Lenox store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Model sales excellence by achieving personal targets whilst supporting the team in reaching collective goals, encouraging cross-selling and repeat client engagement
- Cultivate and expand a personal client portfolio, maximising business opportunities through effective sales floor management
- Coach team members consistently, identifying development needs and proposing personalized action plans to drive performance
- Assist in recruitment and talent development, contributing to succession planning in partnership with Store leadership
- Serve as the store's liaison with the Corporate Merchandising team, providing insights on product performance, quality, client preferences, and market trends
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates the team to achieve business objectives whilst embodying brand values
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to model sales excellence and achieve personal targets
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with proven experience developing team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Brand alignment and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 40 to USD 46 per hour.
