Team Lead position at Louis Vuitton Aspen. $32-$35/hr plus bonus, full-time retail leadership role focused on client experience and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create sales and operational strategies with Store Manager and Team Managers to drive business results and market positioning
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and building a high-performing client-focused culture
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, identifying desired products based on individual profiles and market trends
- Execute all client interactions in accordance with Louis Vuitton brand standards, driving loyalty and market differentiation
- Champion product category expertise and floor management responsibilities to optimize inventory turnover and sales performance
- Support Store Manager and Team Managers in achieving sales goals and maintaining operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury hospitality leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships in a high-touch environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude for mentoring and team development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive proactive solutions
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations, client services, or luxury brand environments, with demonstrated success in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business management or hospitality is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 32 to USD 35 per hour.
