Louis Vuitton — Talent Specialist in Sydney, Australia. Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the Maison's ANZ retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across ANZ retail functions including Client Advisors, Senior Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Experts, Stylists and interns.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines via strategic sourcing, headhunting, mystery shopping and professional networking.
- Lead campus recruitment activities and represent the Maison at university career events; support graduate programme intake.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role briefs, deliver rigorous shortlists and influence selection decisions.
- Craft candidate communications and candidate experience that consistently reflect the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Contribute to employer branding, internal mobility initiatives, next‑generation talent programmes and ANZ recruitment strategy.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and regular reporting to inform People & Culture decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in talent acquisition, ideally within retail, premium hospitality or high‑end service environments.
- Proven capability in full lifecycle recruitment across customer‑facing retail roles.
- Agency recruitment experience highly regarded — ability to source and close senior and hard‑to‑find talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with credibility representing a luxury brand.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions with speed and attention to detail.
- Motivated by ownership and career development; proactive and commercially minded.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in talent acquisition within retail, premium hospitality or high‑end service sectors, with demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruitment and building candidate pipelines.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field preferred.
