Role & Responsibilities

• Support preparation of talent reviews for key functions in collaboration with HR teams
• Contribute to HR team training on talent review processes and methodologies
• Ensure data integrity within the HR Information System (SIRH) to facilitate effective talent review campaigns
• Conduct analyses of talent reviews to identify development opportunities and support implementation of collaborative workforce advancement initiatives
• Contribute to talent review reporting deliverables for Maison and Group leadership
• Collect and process HR data supporting Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development functions
• Verify data accuracy to ensure reliability of HR analytics
• Create reports and analyses to visualize trends and support evidence-based decision-making
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects that advance career development and international mobility initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in business school, university, or equivalent programme
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Interest in HR project management
• Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated data competency
• Excellent organizational and structural thinking skills
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and oral
• Attention to detail
• Strong listening and coordination abilities

Skills

Experience

Beginner level; prior HR department internship or experience preferred but not required.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in business administration, commerce, university degree programme, or equivalent qualification with demonstrated interest in human resources management.
