Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a central point of contact for HR teams across the EMEA regions to coordinate registration, preparation and delivery of seminars and training sessions (in‑person and virtual).
- Manage logistics and operational setup for training events, including scheduling, venue and vendor coordination, and participant communications.
- Record and maintain training activity and participant data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the rollout and follow‑up of management development programmes, mentoring initiatives and other Talent Development projects (e.g. Next Gen, internal mobility coordination).
- Animate and contribute to the HR community on Talent Development topics, promoting engagement and best practices across the EMEA HR network.
- Collaborate transversally with HR colleagues, retail teams and headquarters functions; adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to additional projects according to profile and business needs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract.
- Organised, rigorous and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- First professional experience or internship in Human Resources or learning & development is desirable.
- Strong client‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with multicultural and multi‑stakeholder audiences.
- Proactive, creative and committed to continuous improvement.
- Fluent English, written and spoken; professional proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Early‑career candidates; prior internship or initial experience in HR, learning & development or training administration is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field (eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract).
