Louis Vuitton seeks a Talent Development Intern in New York to support HR initiatives and employee training programs. $20–$25/hr, full-time, July–December 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and executing talent development trainings, workshops, meetings, and panel discussions, managing all administration tasks, venue logistics, participant communications, and material preparation
  • Support sourcing, curation, and distribution of learning materials including presentations, facilitator guides, training workbooks, and online learning modules
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for training programs including scheduling, attendance tracking, participant feedback management, and training records maintenance
  • Update and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated training data
  • Support development and maintenance of e-learning modules using various authoring tools and platforms to create engaging and interactive online learning experiences
  • Assist in creating and distributing communication materials related to talent development programs such as training announcements, newsletters, and intranet content
  • Provide cross-functional HR support and contribute to other HR Department initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study
  • Able and willing to work at assigned location or willing to relocate to New York City
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with reliable follow-through
