Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to global Talent Development projects by creating presentation materials and engaging with HR Managers and other stakeholders.
- Support the deployment of a Mentoring program, including project tracking, event organization, and development of satisfaction tools and KPIs.
- Assist in defining career paths by compiling job descriptions and associated career trajectories.
- Participate in events to promote various professions within the company, including presentations and video testimonials.
- Maintain an active watch on Talent Management topics through benchmarking and article selection.
- Create tools for recording interview outcomes and assist in organizing interview schedules.
- Develop KPI tracking tools for Talent Development activities within the Industrial and Supply Chain sectors for Louis Vuitton and LVMH Group.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
