Louis Vuitton seeks a Talent Development Assistant Officer on 12-month apprenticeship in Paris. Support global talent strategy and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to Global Talent Development projects by preparing presentation materials and liaising with HR managers and department heads
- Support the deployment of a mentorship program, including project tracking, event organization, satisfaction measurement, and KPI development
- Assist in defining career progression pathways by creating comprehensive tools that compile job descriptions and associated career trajectories
- Participate in professional promotion events and initiatives showcasing manufacturing and supply chain roles
- Maintain active market intelligence on talent management best practices, benchmarking studies, and industry developments
- Create and maintain reporting tools for talent discussions and support interview scheduling and planning
- Develop and monitor KPI tracking systems for Talent Development activities within the Industrial and Supply Chain division for both Louis Vuitton and the LVMH Group
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school program or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong ability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and service excellence
