Louis Vuitton seeks Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dallas, Texas to support Southwest retail recruitment and hiring initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in partnering with Store Leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent across all levels
- Manage the complete talent recruitment lifecycle, including needs assessment and market analysis
- Create and optimize job postings for retail positions
- Execute sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines across the Southwest region
- Conduct interviews and facilitate offer processes
- Oversee system onboarding for newly hired candidates
- Provide consultive support to business stakeholders while managing administrative and operational recruitment tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships across retail leadership teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced and diverse environments
