Louis Vuitton Talent Acquisition Manager in Alvarado, Texas. Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing excellence and operational success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management for hourly and salaried roles
- Partner with Operations leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs to ensure alignment with production demand and business objectives
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles
- Maintain strong presence on the workshop floor to understand operational needs and strengthen engagement with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensure all recruitment, hiring, and onboarding practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and Company policies
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and timely communication
- Track and report recruitment metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and workforce trends to provide recommendations regarding staffing strategies and workforce planning
- Support onboarding coordination in partnership with the HR Business Partner, Training Team, and Operations
- Partner with leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment visibility via LinkedIn and external talent platforms
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting sources, agencies, and community partners
- Support workforce planning discussions and hiring forecasts
- Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and hiring manager engagement
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives impacting talent acquisition and workforce development
- Participate in community events related to talent attraction
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with operational leadership
- Results-driven mindset with sense of urgency and accountability
- Adaptability in a dynamic, high-volume operational environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with manufacturing background preferred. Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development in high-volume operational environments.
