Talent Acquisition Manager at Louis Vuitton in Alvarado, Texas—lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management for hourly and salaried roles
- Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs to ensure alignment with production demand and business objectives
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles
- Maintain strong presence on the workshop floor to understand operational needs and strengthen engagement with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensure all recruitment, hiring, and onboarding practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, including equal employment opportunity regulations, as well as company policies
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and timely communication
- Track and report recruitment metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and workforce trends to provide recommendations to leadership regarding staffing strategies and workforce planning initiatives
- Support onboarding coordination in partnership with the HR Business Partner, Training Team, and Operations to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Partner with leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment visibility through LinkedIn and external talent platforms
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting sources, agencies, and community partners
- Support workforce planning discussions and hiring forecasts
- Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives impacting talent acquisition and workforce development
- Participate in community events related to talent attraction
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with operational leadership
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Adaptability in a dynamic, high-volume operational environment

Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience. Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
