Talent Acquisition Manager | Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing | Alvarado, Texas | Full-time recruitment leadership role

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management for hourly and salaried positions
  • Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs to ensure alignment with production demand and business objectives
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles
  • Maintain strong presence on the workshop floor to understand operational needs and strengthen engagement with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensure all recruitment, hiring, and onboarding practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and timely communication
  • Track and report recruitment metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and workforce trends to provide recommendations on staffing strategies and workforce planning initiatives
  • Support onboarding coordination in partnership with HR Business Partners and operations to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Partner with leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment visibility across LinkedIn and external talent platforms
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting sources, agencies, and community partners
  • Support workforce planning discussions and hiring forecasts
  • Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives impacting talent acquisition and workforce development
  • Participate in community events related to talent attraction

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with operational leadership
  • Results-driven mindset with sense of urgency and accountability
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, high-volume operational environment
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
