Louis Vuitton — Talent Acquisition Intern in Saint‑Pourçain‑sur‑Sioule, France. Six‑month HR internship starting Sept 2026 at the leather goods ateliers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Recruitment Manager and the Ateliers HR team in end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns for internships and apprenticeships: drafting and posting adverts, candidate pre‑qualification, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Manage and maintain administrative HR files for recruited candidates, ensuring compliance with internal processes and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding activities for new hires and provide follow‑up throughout the contract lifecycle to ensure successful integration.
- Contribute to the service’s external relations: represent the Ateliers at school and partner events (career fairs, conferences) and support employer‑branding communications.
- Collaborate on local HR projects and provide operational support to the recruitment team (reporting, candidate tracking, process improvement).
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy and a rigorous approach to administrative tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrable interest in field recruitment and candidate relations.
- Creativity, proactivity and a positive, persistent attitude suited to a dynamic industrial environment.
- Comfortable with digital tools and ready to learn company HR applications.

Entry‑level internship: no prior professional experience required; previous exposure to HR or campus recruitment via coursework, projects or short placements is an asset.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
