Louis Vuitton Talent Acquisition Assistant Intern – 6-month internship in Paris supporting recruitment, campus engagement, and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Acquisition and Campus teams across diverse job families, including posting, sourcing, and profile targeting for permanent, fixed-term, intern, and apprenticeship roles
  • Participate in campus recruitment activities and school outreach to represent the maison and attract emerging talent
  • Manage and update candidate progress reports and tracking documentation
  • Analyze Talent Acquisition KPI metrics while ensuring alignment with global directives and diversity and inclusion policies
  • Support the Graduate Program team with project management, talent pipeline development, assessment day organization, and reporting
  • Organize and coordinate internal team events (celebrations, networking breakfasts, exhibitions) to foster team cohesion
  • Curate and maintain press reviews and team news updates
  • Develop and update internal documentation including recruitment processes, organizational charts, welcome guides, and presentations
  • Manage the Director of Talent Acquisition and Campus calendar
  • Serve as office management liaison for the HR department, ensuring workspace functionality and addressing team requests

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a business school or equivalent university degree programme in management or human resources
  • Demonstrated curiosity and strong organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Understanding of or interest in modern recruitment principles and processes

Experience
