Role & Responsibilities
- Support executive sourcing for creative hires: build candidate lists, perform LinkedIn research, populate and maintain the candidate database, and produce talent mappings.
- Manage and energize pools of creative talent within the Ad‑Men database to ensure a steady pipeline for design, leather goods, footwear and accessories roles.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with the Talent Acquisition Manager and internal hiring stakeholders (Design Directors, Head Designers, Business Directors, etc.).
- Maintain and update functional organisation charts for Ready‑to‑Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear and Accessories.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs in coordination with the wider Talent Acquisition team.
- Provide project coordination for design competitions and events: set the global timeline, manage logistics (travel and events), and prepare presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in fashion, design, communications or luxury management (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- Genuine passion for fashion and the creative industries.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable proposing improvements to processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and confident written and spoken English.

Entry‑level / beginner. The role is designed for a student in higher education (Bac+3 to Bac+5); prior internships or experience in recruitment or within the fashion industry are advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in fashion, design, communication or luxury management (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
