Louis Vuitton is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Office Management Intern to support its Global Headquarters Talent Acquisition and Campus team across recruitment, campus relations, project coordination, internal events and HR office management. This full-time internship starts January 4, 2027 and lasts six months; it includes an onboarding day and two skills assessments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition and Campus team in recruiting across a diverse range of roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing and direct search for permanent, fixed-term, intern and work-study positions.
- Take part in campus initiatives to represent Louis Vuitton and attract emerging talent.
- Manage, track and update Progress Reports.
- Contribute to analysis of the Talent Acquisition and Campus team’s KPIs, ensuring alignment with Global Directives and the Maison’s Diversity & Inclusion policy.
- Support the Graduate Program team with project management and cross-functional topics, including building talent pools, organizing assessment days and preparing meeting reports.
- Organize and host internal events, including anniversaries, breakfasts and exhibitions, to support team life.
- Organize and track press reviews and team news.
- Create and update internal documentation, including welcome booklets, organizational charts, Talent Acquisition processes and presentations.
- Manage the schedule of the Director of Talent Acquisition & Campus HQ.
- Oversee HR office management by ensuring the proper functioning of back-office workspaces and serving as the point of contact for team requests.
- Attend an onboarding day with new joiners to learn about the Maison’s values.
- Complete two skills assessments with the internship supervisor, at the midpoint and end of the internship.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing studies in management (business school or equivalent university program) or Human Resources.
- Interested in developing foundational knowledge of recruitment, including application management, KPI and talent-pool tracking, and candidate sourcing.
- Curiosity and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable communicating in French and English.
