Louis Vuitton Paris internship: 6-month Talent Acquisition and Office Management role, January 2027. Support campus recruiting, HR operations, French and English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition team with job posting, candidate sourcing, and recruitment tracking across permanent, fixed-term, internship, and apprenticeship positions
  • Participate in campus recruitment events and university outreach activities to represent the maison and attract emerging talent
  • Manage and maintain Progress Reports and candidate pipeline documentation
  • Analyze Talent Acquisition and Campus team KPIs while ensuring compliance with diversity and inclusion policies
  • Support graduate program coordination including talent pool development, assessment day organization, and reporting
  • Organize and facilitate internal team events to foster workplace culture and engagement
  • Maintain and distribute internal communications, press monitoring, and team news
  • Create and update internal documentation including onboarding materials, organizational charts, recruitment processes, and presentations
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition and Campus Director's calendar and scheduling
  • Serve as office management coordinator for the HR back-office, ensuring workspace functionality and responding to team requests

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, management program, or equivalent university degree with focus on commerce or human resources
  • Demonstrated curiosity and organizational capability
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both French and English
