6-month internship in Talent Acquisition & Office Management at Louis Vuitton Paris. Support HR initiatives in recruitment, campus engagement, and administrative operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition and Campus team across diverse job functions including posting, candidate sourcing, profile prospecting, and recruitment management for permanent, fixed-term, and internship/apprenticeship roles
  • Participate in university recruitment activities, career fairs, and campus events to represent the Maison and attract emerging talent
  • Manage and maintain recruitment tracking systems including Progress Reports and candidate pipeline documentation
  • Assist with the analysis of Talent Acquisition KPIs while ensuring compliance with global directives and the Maison's Diversity & Inclusion policies
  • Support the Graduate Program team on project management, talent pool development, assessment day organization, and related reporting
  • Organize and coordinate internal team events, celebrations, and activities to foster collaborative culture
  • Manage press coverage tracking and internal communications updates for the HR team
  • Create and maintain internal documentation including onboarding materials, organizational charts, recruitment processes, and presentations
  • Manage the calendar and scheduling of the Director of Talent Acquisition & Campus
  • Oversee office management operations for the HR back office, ensuring optimal workspace functionality and serving as the point of contact for team requests

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, commerce program, or equivalent university-level studies in management or human resources
  • Demonstrated curiosity and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Understanding of recruitment principles and talent management fundamentals
