Louis Vuitton is hiring a Talent Acquisition and Office Management Assistant intern for a six-month, full-time internship starting January 4, 2027, in Paris 1st arrondissement. The intern will support recruitment and campus initiatives, talent and Graduate Program projects, internal events and documentation, and HR office management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition and Campus team across a diverse range of roles, including job posting, sourcing and candidate outreach for permanent, fixed-term, internship and apprenticeship positions.
- Participate in school outreach activities to represent Louis Vuitton and attract emerging talent.
- Manage, monitor and update Progress Reports.
- Contribute to analysis of the Talent Acquisition and Campus team’s KPIs, ensuring compliance with global guidelines and the Maison’s Diversity & Inclusion policy.
- Support the Graduate Program team with project management and cross-functional topics, including building talent pools, organizing assessment days and preparing meeting minutes.
- Organize and host internal events, including celebrations, breakfasts and exhibitions, to support team life.
- Organize and monitor press reviews and team news.
- Create and update internal documentation, including welcome booklets, organizational charts, Talent Acquisition processes and presentations.
- Manage the calendar of the Talent Acquisition & Campus HQ Director.
- Oversee HR office management by ensuring the smooth operation of back-office workspaces and serving as the point of contact for team requests.
- Attend an onboarding day with new joiners and complete two evaluations with the internship supervisor, at the midpoint and end of the internship, to assess acquired skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing studies in management (business school or equivalent university program) or Human Resources.
- Interested in learning the fundamentals of recruitment, including application management, KPI and talent-pool tracking, and candidate sourcing.
- Curious and well organized.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable communicating in French and English.
