Role & Responsibilities

• Support the execution of projects, control progress meticulously, and coordinate the realization of various project milestones to improve recruitment infrastructure and candidate experience
• Participate in the continuous improvement project of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by gathering requirements from talent acquisition teams, participating in technical feasibility discussions, and monitoring the adoption of new features
• Lead the 'Voice of Candidates' programme initiatives by organizing user testing sessions, collecting feedback, validating reports, and proposing process improvements
• Contribute to the documentation and standardization of talent acquisition processes by updating existing documentation and creating new process guides
• Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and processes as needed to ensure seamless adoption

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in business administration, customer experience, information technology, project management, or related field
• Strong demonstrated interest in evolving within an international environment
• Ability to manage projects objectively based on facts, business requirements, and potential gains
• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities
• Proactive problem-solving orientation with a focus on achieving defined objectives efficiently

Skills

Experience

Entry-level or recent graduate with no professional experience required; however, prior exposure to recruitment processes, HR systems, or project coordination is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in business administration, customer experience management, information technology, project management, or a closely related discipline.
