Six-month internship at Louis Vuitton Paris supporting talent acquisition projects and candidate experience initiatives in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution and meticulous oversight of multiple talent acquisition projects, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
- Participate in the continuous improvement initiative for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), gathering requirements from talent acquisition teams, discussing technical feasibility, and monitoring adoption of new features
- Lead the operational management of the 'Voice of Candidates' program, organizing user testing sessions, collecting feedback, validating reporting, and proposing process refinements
- Contribute to the documentation and standardization of talent acquisition processes, including updates to current procedures and development of future-state workflows
- Conduct end-user training sessions on new tools and processes as required to ensure team adoption and competency
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in business administration, customer experience, information technology, project management, or related discipline
- Demonstrated interest in professional growth within an international environment
- Proven ability to manage projects objectively, grounded in factual analysis and business needs assessment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with orientation toward achieving defined objectives

Experience
Entry-level or recent graduate with no prior professional experience required; foundational understanding of recruitment processes or HR systems is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, customer experience management, information technology, project management, or equivalent discipline.
