Louis Vuitton is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Candidate Experience Project Intern for a six-month internship starting January 4, 2027, at its Paris headquarters. The intern will support global recruitment projects, ATS development, candidate experience initiatives, process optimization, and change management in a hybrid, flexible work environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the evolution of the applicant tracking system (ATS), including gathering operational needs, assessing technical feasibility, managing project stages, and supporting adoption of new features by internal teams and international stakeholders.
- Contribute to the global “Voice of Candidates” project by organizing testing, analyzing feedback across business areas, tracking indicators, and proposing continuous improvements.
- Map, structure, document, update, and optimize recruitment processes to improve consistency and efficiency globally.
- Facilitate cross-functional change management by coordinating communication and follow-up meetings and supporting users as new tools and methods are deployed.
- Participate in recruitment project management across Retail, Corporate, Industrial, and Supply Chain functions.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated in business administration, customer experience, IT, project management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in working in an international environment.
- Ability to manage projects objectively, based on facts, business needs, and potential benefits.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to finding solutions and achieving objectives efficiently.
- Very good command of English.
