Louis Vuitton is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Candidate Experience Project Intern for a six-month internship starting January 4, 2027, based at its Paris headquarters with a hybrid, flexible schedule. The intern will support global recruitment projects, applicant tracking system improvements, candidate experience initiatives, process documentation, and change management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the evolution of the applicant tracking system (ATS), including gathering operational needs, monitoring technical feasibility, and supporting adoption of new features by internal teams and international stakeholders.
- Contribute to the global Voice of Candidates project by organizing testing, analyzing feedback across business areas, monitoring indicators, and proposing ongoing improvements.
- Map, structure, document, update, and optimize recruitment processes to streamline practices globally.
- Support change management and cross-functional coordination by facilitating communication, organizing follow-up meetings, and guiding users through new tools and methods.
- Take part in recruitment project management across Retail, Corporate, Industrial, and Supply Chain functions.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or a recent graduate in business administration, customer experience, IT, project management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in working in an international environment.
- Ability to manage projects objectively, based on facts, business needs, and potential benefits.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to finding solutions and achieving objectives.
- Very good command of English.
