Louis Vuitton is hiring a Talent Acquisition and Candidate Experience Project Intern for a six-month internship starting 4 January 2027 in Paris. The intern will support recruitment technology and process improvement, candidate experience projects, and end-user training in a hybrid and flexible working arrangement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project execution, monitor and coordinate project milestones, and contribute to initiatives improving recruitment infrastructure and the candidate and recruiter experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by gathering Talent Acquisition teams’ requirements, participating in technical feasibility discussions, and monitoring the use of new features.
- Support the business-side management of the “Voice of candidates” programme by organizing tests, gathering feedback, reviewing reports, and proposing process improvements.
- Help document Talent Acquisition processes by updating existing processes and creating future ones.
- Help train end users on new tools and processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated in business administration, customer experience, IT, project management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in working in an international environment.
- Ability to manage projects objectively, using facts, business needs, and potential benefits as a basis.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to finding solutions and achieving objectives effectively.
- Very good command of English.
