This six-month internship offers a distinctive opportunity to enhance the global candidate experience at Louis Vuitton. The intern will drive projects focused on improving the recruitment journey, support the talent acquisition team in process digitalization, and provide technical assistance on ATS systems and workflow optimization. The position combines hands-on project coordination with strategic impact on employer brand perception and future talent engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and coordination of ongoing projects designed to enhance the recruitment infrastructure and candidate and recruiter experience
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by gathering requirements from talent acquisition teams, engaging in technical feasibility discussions, and monitoring adoption of new features
  • Lead the business-side coordination of the 'Voice of Candidates' program through organizing user testing sessions, collecting feedback, validating reports, and proposing process improvements
  • Contribute to the documentation and standardization of talent acquisition processes by updating current documentation and developing protocols for future workflows
  • Provide user training and support for new tools and processes to end-users as required

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in business administration, customer experience, information technology, project management, or related field
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Demonstrated interest in evolving within an international environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Ability to manage projects objectively based on facts, business requirements, and potential gains
