Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Article 13 of the AGEC law by managing end-to-end traceability of all women's ready-to-wear collections, including cross-referencing databases and performing necessary calculations
• Guarantee data accuracy and consistency across collected information, collaborating actively with suppliers to source missing data and integrate it into tracking systems
• Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities for data management, calculation processes, and traceability tools
• Oversee material and finished product certifications, organizing collection campaigns and verifying certificate compliance while supporting cross-functional teams
• Communicate certification progress and performance outcomes to development teams during each buying session
• Contribute to eco-score calculations for products by collecting and consolidating relevant data from suppliers and production teams
• Participate in developing and enhancing eco-design initiatives and process innovations within the Women's Ready-to-Wear department

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an engineering program with specialization in Textile Engineering
• Demonstrated organizational skills, rigor, and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong analytical mindset with intellectual curiosity and ability to research and synthesize technical information on materials and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in managing large workloads with excellent priority management and adaptability
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, environmental regulations, and responsible sourcing practices (desirable)

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. The role is designed for a student pursuing textile engineering specialization seeking hands-on exposure to sustainability practices within luxury fashion.

Education

Currently enrolled in an engineering program with specialization in Textile Engineering; degree anticipated upon completion of apprenticeship.
