Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and map existing supply chain processes within the Care Service.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in defining, planning, and implementing supply chain optimization projects.
- Contribute to the design of innovative solutions such as automation and digitalization.
- Collect and analyze supply chain performance data to create dashboards and reports.
- Propose concrete solutions for process efficiency and cost reduction.
- Participate in establishing performance indicators and action plans.
- Conduct research on best practices in supply chain and customer service.
- Perform benchmarking within the Louis Vuitton supply chain to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering, business school, or university program with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management (Bac +4/5).
- Interest in supply chain and customer service challenges.
- Fluent in English and French.
