Louis Vuitton seeks a Supply Chain Specialist for a 9-month contract position in Seoul managing packaging inventory, uniforms, and visual merchandising operations across the retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inter-store stock rebalancing from overstock to shortage positions and oversee quarterly full stock counts, including obsolete stock write-offs
- Review weekly consumption data, monitor monthly forecast accuracy, and maintain optimum packaging coverage rates
- Prepare monthly packaging orders, share three-month forecasts with supply partners, and track incoming shipments
- Monitor intake and consumption of new launching and seasonal packaging across Watch & Jewelry and Ready-to-Wear categories
- Track and allocate uniform inventory to retail stores, coordinating with Central teams on regular and special event uniform requests
- Forecast uniform demand and place orders for new uniform rollouts and campaign-related distributions
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders for visual merchandising props and create system orders for prop allocation
- Serve as primary liaison between Central teams and retail store networks regarding prop delivery schedules and window display setup
- Monitor open purchase orders and follow up rigorously on delivery timelines for all non-merchandise categories
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, inventory management, or retail operations (fashion or luxury industry preferred)
- Bachelor degree or above
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management across retail, headquarters, and vendor networks
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in tracking and managing multi-category non-merchandise items

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, inventory management, or retail operations in the fashion or luxury goods sector. Proven experience with multi-store inventory coordination, order management, and vendor liaison.

Bachelor's degree or above
