Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Sales Admin Manager in Seoul – lead international logistics operations with team management and customs expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team as a people manager, overseeing team operations, task allocation, and professional development
  • Manage task cycles across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly timelines, ensuring accountability and quality execution
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics processes and flows from France Central DC to regional distribution centres in South Korea
  • Manage import/export operations, customs clearance procedures, and pre-clearance Value Added Services
  • Handle bonded transport operations and coordinate with freight forwarding companies
  • Calculate and process payments for customs duties, VAT, and export clearance fees
  • Communicate regularly with Zone Supply Chain teams in Hong Kong and Central Sales Admin teams in Paris to align on strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence
  • Ensure all operations are conducted transparently, fairly, and in strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of logistics experience with at least 2 years in people management
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Business-level English proficiency for international communication
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI with strong analytical capabilities
  • Proven experience in team leadership and people management
  • Extensive knowledge of import/export management, customs procedures, and customs broker operations
  • In-depth understanding of ocean freight and air freight processes and associated lead times
  • Demonstrated experience in processing customs duties, VAT, and export clearance fees
  • High ethical standards with a transparent and fair approach to work
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
