Role & Responsibilities
- Support Second Life (recommerce) projects and continuous improvement: optimise tools and reporting, validate data and perform performance analyses using Excel and Power BI.
- Contribute to the rollout of new Private Sales offers (e.g. Beauty, non‑merchandise): perform profitability analyses and coordinate launch steps through to go‑to‑market.
- Coordinate operational aspects of Private Sales events: prepare assortments and offers, assist pricing, manage ordering and replenishment, monitor sales and produce post‑event reporting.
- Monitor European flows and stock: track intra‑workshop/warehouse movements, analyse inventory, organise shipments to revaluation channels and identify flow optimisation opportunities.
- Produce and maintain monthly KPI dashboards (Private Sales Europe, revaluation streams) and support operational capacity planning for warehouses.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university or equivalent (work‑study/apprenticeship eligible).
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to synthesise quantitative data into actionable insights.
- Team‑oriented with a service mindset and strong interpersonal skills to liaise with supply, warehousing, ateliers, commercial teams and partners.
- Rigorous, organised and comfortable working with large data sets.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

Entry‑level / student profile (Débutant). No previous professional experience required; prior internships in supply chain, logistics or operations are an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a recognised higher‑education programme (business school, engineering school, university) or equivalent.
