Role & Responsibilities
- Support the project manager in the animation and monitoring of OMS tool-related projects.
- Coordinate communication between IT, Retail, Digital, and Supply Chain teams.
- Contribute to project planning, reporting, and communication.
- Analyze Supply Chain business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Evaluate the impact of technical changes on operational performance and user experience.
- Propose improvements with a focus on agility and innovation.
- Maintain and enhance the in-app guidance tool for the Supply Chain community.
- Assist in creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.
- Provide functional support to facilitate solution adoption.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business, engineering school, or university equivalent.
- Proficiency in IT tools, programming, data processing, with experience in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and synthesis ability.
- Fluent in English.
