Louis Vuitton internship: Supply Chain Procurement Specialist for leather goods components in Cergy, 6 months starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the new supply chain strategy for Client Care Services, consolidating over 70 suppliers to 3 core partners
- Conduct and pilot analyses of current leather goods component portfolio managed by Client Care Services
- Track component family transfers and serve as liaison for stakeholder communication throughout the established process
- Identify and propose optimal new suppliers, balancing Client Care Services operational constraints with partner industrial capabilities
- Lead transfer activity implementation and monitor transition timelines between legacy and new supplier partners
- Oversee transfer order placement and logistics to guarantee service continuity, controlled inventory levels, and zero customer impact
- Track and communicate performance metrics across transfer operations
- Monitor and enhance transfer and performance tracking indicators
- Prepare and facilitate performance review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct operational research on the new Care Service program
- Balance available resources against production and spare parts design requirements
- Collaborate with local teams to propose innovative methodologies, including internal AI tools, for demand planning of spare parts without historical data and execute orders
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a final-year engineering school or business school program with specialization in Supply Chain
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience or familiarity with Power BI
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and agile problem-solving mindset
- Commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility
