Louis Vuitton — Supply Chain / Procurement Coordinator Intern in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, France. 6-month on-site internship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the redesign and securing of inbound supply flows, including validation of new material routes and onboarding of local manufacturers.
- Define, implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement and inventory performance; quantify gains and produce regular reporting.
- Develop and deploy follow-up tools and new operational routines to stabilise replenishment and procurement processes on site.
- Contribute to the Zero Waste working group by coordinating best practices, supporting reuse/resale of obsolete materials and measuring waste reduction outcomes.
- Improve internal component flow and inventory control: reduce lead times, optimise component replenishment and implement an internal component tracking system.
- Participate in the project to internalise SLG components and support change management on the production floor through training and field engagement.
- Conduct data analysis to benchmark current performance, propose solutions and measure before/after impacts using agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, suppliers) to ensure operational alignment and smooth implementation of process changes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree level (Bac+4/5) in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business School with a supply chain specialisation.
- Practical proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and VBA automation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; previous exposure to ERP configuration or transactional use is advantageous.
- Methodical, autonomous and pragmatic with a strong sense of service, initiative and the ability to work on the shop‑floor.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability initiatives and circular‑economy practices.
- First practical experience in logistics or supply chain (internship, apprenticeship, academic project) is preferred.

Entry-level internship. Candidates are expected to be early‑career (débutant) with at least one prior logistical or supply‑chain oriented internship, apprenticeship or relevant academic project preferred.
Education
Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain or Business School with a supply‑chain specialization.
