Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot supplier performance management by tracking KPIs, identifying performance gaps and associated risks, and conducting quarterly strategic supplier reviews with procurement teams
- Conduct annual operational supplier assessments and ensure follow-up on corrective action plans
- Identify underperforming suppliers and initiate continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with dedicated support functions
- Build and pilot improvement plans while reporting progress in monthly steering committee meetings
- Ensure supplier continuity planning during technological transitions in production equipment and ERP systems
- Evaluate supply chain maturity of new panel suppliers and implement appropriate support to meet Louis Vuitton standards
- Conduct regular supplier site visits across the panel
- Evaluate load-capacity alignment for strategic suppliers and perform capacity audits
- Contribute to new product allocation processes within the supplier panel
- Anticipate capacity saturation risks and identify reinforcement and diversification needs in coordination with Procurement
- Define and validate capacity-building levers with suppliers
- Provide supply chain expertise to procurement decisions regarding turnover management, multi-sourcing strategies, and market share allocation
- Evaluate supply chain impacts of supplier panel strategy decisions
- Deliver analytical support for strategic arbitration decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Engineering or equivalent from a top-tier business or engineering school
- Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in supply chain management within an industrial environment (planning, procurement, supplier management)
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership and continuous improvement programme management
- Advanced analytical capabilities
- Deep expertise in planning and workshop scheduling processes
- Change management proficiency
- Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills
- Fluent English; Italian a plus

Experience

Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited school of engineering or commerce.
