Role & Responsibilities
- Support project-based improvement and industrialisation of logistics and supply processes within the Atelier using Kaizen methodologies (DMAIC, 5S, standards).
- Design, build and deploy operational pilot tools: KPIs, automated dashboards and reporting (Excel, Power BI) to monitor and drive performance.
- Contribute to the harmonisation of logistical practices and continuous improvement initiatives across internal and external flows.
- Provide operational support across the end-to-end supply chain (scheduling/ordonnancement, planning, procurement, ADV) and act as a reliable on-site resource for cross-functional teams.
- Perform field observations, data analysis and process mapping to identify bottlenecks and propose pragmatic, implementable solutions.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to follow projects through from conception to industrialisation and standardisation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in final year of an engineering school or in a Bac+5 (master’s) programme in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, operations management or equivalent.
- Availability for a 12-month alternance starting September 2026, located on-site in Beaulieu-sur-Layon.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor and autonomy with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in field operations and continuous improvement; environmentally conscious and aligned with sustainability initiatives.

Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Practical experience or internships in operations, industrial engineering or logistics is an advantage.
Education
Final-year engineering school student or master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, operations or a related discipline.
