Louis Vuitton seeks Supply Chain Manager in Paris. Lead retail supply chain strategy across 25 boutiques in France & Monaco.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and pilot replenishment strategies for 25 stores, prioritizing core collections and bestselling items, whilst adapting maximum inventory levels based on back-office capacity, events, and market conditions
- Establish and monitor stock availability tracking in boutiques, communicate stock tension points, and challenge current practices through active feedback collection and optimization initiatives
- Lead rebalancing operations and manage requests for inventory adjustments on permanent collections to optimize stock performance and turnover
- Support boutique teams on reverse flow management across end-of-season items, obsolete stock, overstock situations, high-value inventory optimization, and defective merchandise
- Develop and promote omnichannel culture across retail locations through cross-departmental collaboration with retail direction, store teams, and digital departments
- Track and communicate omnichannel performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and support stores in operational performance management through coordinated tools and partnerships with IT and Retail Operations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) from business school, engineering school, or equivalent university qualification with specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain and/or retail logistics roles, ideally within the luxury sector
- Expert proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise systems including Xstore, SAP, and Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Demonstrated analytical rigor, problem-solving capability, agility, and proactive approach
- Strong ability to influence, federate diverse stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain and/or retail logistics functions, preferably within the luxury fashion sector. Proven track record in optimizing retail inventory, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing operational improvements in multi-store environments.
Education
Advanced degree (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme, with specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related discipline.
