As an employer it combines exacting standards, a multinational matrix organisation and a fast‑paced retail and supply‑chain operation, offering exposure to high‑volume, premium distribution channels across markets.
Louis Vuitton seeks a Supply Chain Intern (South Asia) in Singapore (Ngee Ann City) — 6‑month on‑site internship in inventory, omni‑channel fulfilment and reverse logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support omni‑channel client order management by improving response times, monitoring pending orders, and ensuring timely fulfilment across the South Asia network.
- Design and maintain KPI monitoring systems and dashboards (data gathering, regular reporting and ad‑hoc deep dives) to track omni‑channel performance and identify service failures.
- Assist in sell‑through improvement programs: analyse seasonal product performance, propose rebalancing actions, and prepare post‑exercise performance reviews versus KPIs.
- Manage aspects of reverse logistics and inventory redistribution: coordinate transfers to central or other zones, support stock‑cleaning activities and follow up on market return completion rates.
- Support distribution planners in monthly forecast adjustments for permanent and seasonal assortments and prepare analytical summaries for management.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of an undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, statistics or a related discipline.
- Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship from July to December 2026, based on‑site in Singapore (Ngee Ann City).
- Analytical, organised and meticulous with the ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ability to translate data into clear, business‑focussed presentations.
- Familiarity with Power BI; programming skills (VBA, SQL) and prior SAP exposure are advantageous.
