Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Intern position in Singapore (Jan–Jun 2027). Support omni-channel, inventory optimization, and forecasting initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and improving omni-channel client order fulfillment response times and timeliness
- Support the establishment and maintenance of KPI monitoring systems with relevant data gathering and analysis
- Participate in designing performance dashboards and tools to track omni-channel metrics
- Develop and maintain regular programs to optimize sell-through rates for seasonal products
- Support the merchandising team with sound rebalancing actions to optimize inventory performance
- Analyze rebalancing exercise results against key performance indicators and business objectives
- Help manage reverse logistics distribution to central or other zones to minimize holding stock
- Support distribution planners in managing store-to-network transfers and return documentation
- Develop tracking systems for return efficiency metrics across markets
- Prepare regular summaries of return rates and performance data for management communication
Qualifications
- Analytical approach to operational processes
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Data-oriented mindset with ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- Ability to work independently with initiative and accountability
- Efficient presentation skills with capacity to communicate data meaningfully and analytically
- Power BI knowledge preferred
- Programming skills (VBA, SQL) or SAP experience advantageous

Beginner-level experience in supply chain, operations, or related analytical functions. No formal industry experience required; foundational understanding of supply chain principles and processes is beneficial.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
