Louis Vuitton seeks a Supply Chain Intern to support centralized procurement operations at its international distribution facility in Malissard. Over six months beginning January 2027, the intern will analyze supplier lead-time performance, formalize operational best practices, optimize operational management routines, and manage assigned product reference portfolios whilst developing competencies in logistics, supply chain, and industrial engineering. The role provides immersive exposure to warehouse operations and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze variances between theoretical and actual supplier lead times, identify root causes, and establish data governance frameworks to optimize stock management
  • Document current operational processes and best practices through direct observation of weekly order-placement routines, formalize these as procedure guides and operational manuals
  • Enhance operational management routines by optimizing key performance indicators, information sharing protocols, and reporting formats for daily collective use
  • Autonomously manage an assigned supplier portfolio, applying established operational processes within the central procurement framework whilst receiving structured guidance

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business School or Engineering School with specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
  • Advanced proficiency with information systems: SQL, Excel, and Power BI
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and collaborative work ethic with strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with both on-site operational teams and centralized Supply Chain teams

Experience
