Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Intern in Geneva — support logistics, inventory, and e-commerce operations across Central Europe for 8 months.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with supply chain and local teams across Central Europe region (Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic) for supplies, transfers, and store returns
  • Determine packaging requirements and liaise with zone management to optimize fulfillment processes
  • Monitor inventory levels in correlation with retail sales performance and ensure daily online replenishment aligns with business forecasts through weekly communication
  • Manage weekly order oversight and maintain timely follow-up on shipment progress
  • Liaise with transport carriers and coordinate store deliveries and pickups across the region
  • Investigate shipping disputes and discrepancies upon receipt, process claims with carriers and insurance providers, and execute SAP updates for refunds, credit notes, and additional invoicing
  • Manage customs documentation and regulatory complexities including CITES permits and pro forma invoices
  • Provide operational support to e-commerce fulfillment activities
  • Maintain headoffice inventory records for HR and press materials, monitor loan inventory, and process associated entries and exits
  • Support adaptation and rollout of KPIs and standard procedures across retail locations in collaboration with zone and central internal control teams
  • Contribute to ongoing process optimization initiatives and internal audit compliance efforts

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in supply chain, audit, or administrative operations
  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI
  • Demonstrated organizational capability and autonomy with proactive work ethic
  • Commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in French and English; German or Italian proficiency is advantageous
